An admin clicks Connect and signs in to QuickBooks through Intuit’s own authorization screen — a guided OAuth flow, so SitelyPO never sees your QuickBooks password.
Your catalog appears
Items, cost codes, and vendors sync in from QuickBooks. The field and the office are now ordering from the same list — usually within minutes of connecting.
POs post as they’re approved
From then on it runs itself: approved POs flow to QuickBooks, changes in QuickBooks flow back, and nobody babysits an export spreadsheet again.
